PROJECT MANAGER, Mark Lu
Mark Lu is the Project Manager for CPM Construction.
Mark has proven his ability to lead and manage staff within a designated scope of works ensuring it is delivered under budget and within tight time frames. He is thorough with his investigation of the works and can effectively anticipate issues and develop solutions to mitigate risk.
In his role as the project manager for CPM Construction, Mark manages all aspects of a project for estimating through to procurement, health/safety and environment, quality control/assurance, programming and reporting w Throughout his career Mark has garnered a wide variety of experience including offshore drilling (directional control and logging), traffic management, public utilities and plant, control of bulk materials, health and safety, environment, planning, reporting, quality, programming, estimating, planning and contract management.
Clients and projects include: Exxon Mobil, Santos, Toowoomba Pipeline Alliance, Clough-Chicago Bridge and Iron JV (Exxon Mobil EPC4), Thiess (QCLNG Site Preperation), John Holland (Hay Point Expansion Project), Ausenco Taggart (Wilkie Creek Fine Coal Centrifuge), Ausenco Taggart Mongolia (Ovoot Tolgoi Coal Handling Facility), Somerset Regional Council
